About The Teacher/Business
I have been an elementary school music teacher since 1988. I received from the University of Western Ontario in 1987 A Bachelor Of Music, Honours Music Education and in 1988 A Bachelor Of Education. I have taught for the North York Board Of Education and am with the Thames Valley District School Board. I teach vocal and wind instrumental music. I also conduct choirs and bands and school musicals. I am the piano accompanist for the Forest City Singers in London, Ontario. I am also the director/founder of Dreams Come True Music Studio, a Studio focusing on people of all abilities, special needs. We do vocals, musicals, boomwackers and concerts and focus on what we can do, not what we can’t do. We have a summer music camp and a fall and winter session, all culminating with a Showcase Concert. The London Free Press and CTV news showcased my Dreams Come True Studio. I also teach piano lessons to neurotypical people.
