ORMTA offers the advertising opportunities below to music schools, programs or businesses.
Notes Magazine
Notes magazine is available on our website and is published three times per year (fall, spring, and summer) as a PDF and online magazine.
We accept promotional articles as well as advertisements (see here for more details).
Submission deadlines: October 1st (fall issue), February 1st (spring issue), May 1st (summer issue)
Ad Rates & Dimensions:
Ads may be submitted as image files (.jpg, .png) or PDF
URL is required for video ads. Videos must already be hosted on another platform (ex. YouTube, Vimeo)
Limited Time Offer:
Purchase an ad for 3 consecutive issues and receive a free ad in our 2026 digital Provincial Competitions Program (to be published in June 2026).
Website Banner Ads
Banner Ads run exclusively on every page of the ORMTA website for 30 consecutive days. Ads are located at the bottom of each page.
Fee for a 30-day ad: $200 Now: $90!

height: minimum 315px, maximum 470px
Fresh Beats Ad
Place an ad in our Fresh Beats e-newsletter, emailed monthly to subscribed ORMTA members. See here for an example.
Submission deadline: the 15th of each month
Fee per issue: $90
