ORMTA's New 1st VP

ORMTA is excited to announce Sandra Mason as our new 1st Vice President! Sandra is a more recent addition to Provincial Council but has already enthusiastically embraced her Member & Public Outreach portfolio. We look forward to working with Sandra and are appreciative of her willingness to also take on this important role!

Membership Renewal

Membership renewal will be available soon through the ORMTA website. Please keep in mind that membership renewal happens in 2 steps: the renewal process and payment process. Invoices are only generated once you begin the renewal process but you can view a breakdown of fees anytime in the Member Documents (just look for your Branch's folder).

If you require any changes to your membership, please see our Members FAQ page for how to make these changes. This page also includes a helpful webinar on how to renew your membership or make other changes to your profile.

Renew by July 1st to avoid late fees.

OCTA Recipients & MWC Winners

Congratulations to our 2023 OCTA Recipients! These remarkable teachers were nominated by their Branch for excellence in teaching, volunteering in their communities, and their commitment to ORMTA. Find more details on our website and join us at ORMTA In Sync this summer for our Awards Luncheon.

CFMTA National Conference

CFMTA's National Conference "Our Rhythm Runs Through It" is quickly approaching. Join CFMTA in Edmonton or virtually* from July 5th - 7th and take part in a multitude of professional development workshops, masterclasses, concerts, National competitions and more! 2023 ORMTA In Sync

Catch up with colleagues and friends at ORMTA In Sync this summer! Members are welcome to attend our Annual General Meeting and members and guests are also welcome to enjoy a delicious buffet meal at our Awards Luncheon. New this year, the Provincial Instrumental and Vocal Competitions will include Levels 8 & 9 and Levels 10 & Associate categories. One ticket gives you entry to any of the competition sessions.
